• Original packaging: Products need to be returned with packaging, accessories and related documents (if any).
• Purchase invoice: Don’t forget to provide an invoice or proof of purchase.
• Note: Products that are part of the final promotion are not eligible for return.

Note: You will bear shipping costs when returning the product.

Refund

We will check the product and refund within 3-4 business days after receiving the goods. The refund amount will be transferred to the method you used when paying.
